No Refund Policy

At STACK Basketball, we are committed to providing high-quality training, programs, and experiences for every athlete. Due to the nature of our programming, scheduling, staffing, and limited availability, we have updated the following policy regarding payments and refunds.

  • All payments made to STACK Basketball are final and non-refundable.
  • Under no circumstances will refunds be issued once a registration, booking, membership, or purchase has been completed.

This policy applies to:

  • AAU tryouts, team registrations and dues
  • Skills classes and training programs
  • Memberships
  • Private training sessions
  • Camps (summer, winter, and no-school days)
  • Clinics, events, and rentals

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Membership Cancellation & Credit Eligibility
  • Minimum of 14 days written notice required before next billing cycle
  • Less than 14 days notice → not eligible for credit
  • Charges will still be processed if notice not given
  • Cancellations are not retroactive
Credit Consideration (Case-by-Case)
  • Credits are not guaranteed
  • Reviewed individually
  • Must meet 14-day notice requirement
  • Documentation may be required

Important:

  • No cash value
  • Non-transferable
  • Expire after 6 months
  • Expired credits will NOT be reinstated
Scheduling & Commitment
  • All spots are reserved upon registration
  • Missed sessions or late cancellations do not qualify for refunds
  • Families are responsible for scheduling
Injury / Medical Situations
  • Documentation may be required
  • Credit may be considered (not guaranteed)
  • No refunds under any circumstances
Weather / Facility / Unforeseen Circumstances
  • Sessions may be rescheduled or adjusted
  • No refunds will be issued

By registering for any STACK Basketball program or membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
