Josh Baker – Coach & Manager

Josh’s basketball journey started on the playgrounds of Paterson, NJ, where the game wasn’t just a sport — it was a way of life. By the time he reached Sports Business Academy High School, his talent and work ethic had already set him apart. A varsity starter all four years, Josh became known for his leadership, toughness, and ability to make everyone around him better.

He went on to play at Passaic County Community College while earning his degree in Sports Management, combining his love for the game with a deep understanding of how to build winning programs.

For over a decade, Josh has been coaching athletes from 2nd grade through high school, developing players who succeed on the court and grow as leaders off of it. His energy is contagious, his standards are high, and his players know he’s fully invested in their success.

Josh’s philosophy is simple: work hard, stay disciplined, and never settle for average. Whether he’s running a high-intensity drill or offering one-on-one guidance, he pushes every athlete to reach their full potential — and he does it with the same passion he’s had since day one.
